Once Upon A Dream Travel, LLC, its agents, represented resorts and companies, are not responsible for issues arising from misquotes, misprints, or technical failures that may result in misquotes. Quotes for service are not considered final until we have received written confirmation from the travel supplier, direct payment is accepted on the said quote, and payment has been charged to a major credit card or paid by check made out directly to the travel supplier.

All travel-related services provided through this site are done according to the following Consumer Disclosure Notice:

PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE. IT CONSTITUTES PART OF YOUR CONTRACT FOR TRAVEL-RELATED SERVICES.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR DOCUMENTS WHEN YOU RECEIVE THEM. CALL THE TRAVEL SERVICE IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.

Once Upon A Dream Travel, LLC (herein “Travel Service”) is acting as a mere agent for SUPPLIERS in arranging for the booking of, and management of reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this Travel Service (such as hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). Travel Service, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury to travelers or travelers’ companions or group members.

Unless the term “guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice, or reservation itinerary, Travel Service does not guarantee any of such supplier’s rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of baggage or other personal effects.

Travel Service shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel services control.

Traveler assumes full responsibility for and releases the Travel Service from, any duty of checking and verifying all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel.

However, we specifically recommend that U. S. Citizens traveling to Europe, Mexico, or the Caribbean, do so with a valid U. S. Passport. For information concerning possible dangers at international destinations, contact the Travel Advisory Section of the U. S. State Department at (202) 647-5225 or access the State Department’s online travel advisory service,  www.state.gov/travelinformation/travelwarnings. For medical information, call the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) at (404) 332-4559 or log on to www.cdc.gov./travel.

By embarking upon travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is warned of the above risks and possible travel industry bankruptcies, medical and climatic disruptions, and the possibility the traveler may be unable to travel as scheduled due to a personal emergency. Traveler is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against these risks; information is available through the Travel Service for travel protection insurance.

Traveler’s use of this site to make travel arrangements, and retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.

Jurisdiction and Miscellaneous

This Agreement is entered into in the State of New Jersey and shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, exclusive of its choice of law rules. Each party to this Agreement submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts which sit in the County of Somerset, in the State of New Jersey, and waives any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

In any action to enforce this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to costs and attorney’s fees.

Entire Agreement/Modification

This agreement represents the complete agreement and understanding between Once Upon A Dream Travel, LLC, its affiliates, successors, and assignees, and you, as a site user, for your use and enjoyment of this site, supersedes any other written or oral agreement.

If any of the provisions of this Agreement are decided by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Once Upon A Dream Travel, LLC’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

Upon notice published online (http://www.onceuponadreamtravel.com) the Company may modify these terms and conditions, amplify them, and, or modify the information found herein, as well as discontinue, change, or replace services offered.

These Terms and Conditions were last changed on July 13, 2024.
